Online Ordering        

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover cards and Paypal for your online ordering convenience. We do not accept checks or money orders through the mail. Once your order has been submitted, you will be notified immediately that your order has been received and will be processed and shipped, usually within 48 to 72 hours.

Please Note: We offer secure SSL through Verisign and we also have  AVS (Address Verification Security). When completing the form, it will ask for the credit card billing address, this is the address that you provided to the credit card company to send you your billing statements. (Your address as written on your billing statement where you receive your mail)

AVS is an additional security system. If the billing address (yours) filled in on the form does not match your same address on your billing statement, your order will be declined. This is an added security feature to help protect you.  If you have any problems using this security feature, please contact us for assistance.

Damage Claims

Please inspect packages upon arrival. You must report any damages or missing boxes to the postal service and to Earthly Herbs within 3 days of receiving your order. If you notice damage upon acceptance, report it to the postal service responsible for the delivery. If you notice any damage after you unpack the order, save all packaging material, contact the postal service that delivered the package, and they may send an inspector and contact us so we may process your claim. We can not replace damaged merchandise unless the package has been inspected by the postal service.  

We are here to offer you friendly, helpful and efficient service. We double check all orders on premises before shipping. However, if you find discrepancies in your order, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. No reports can be accepted after this time.

Shipping & Handling

Orders are usually processed within 48 to 72 hours and shipped by UPS.  Delivery is usually within 2 to 10 business days .  

Shipping & Handling is charged separately for each delivery address. The shipping fees cover shipping, handling, delivery confirmation and insurance.  

Please Note: There will be an additional shipping fee for all orders shipped to Hawaii,  Alaska.  Your credit card will be charged the additional exact shipping rate, therefore showing a second charge on your credit card statement for the difference.
