How To Get The Most Out Of Your Detox Patch Pads  

1. Take one piece of the adhesive backing sheets and one Kenrico detox pad. 2. Gently peel off the bottom portion of the medical grade backing paper, leaving the top piece attached. 3. Now take the Kenrico detox pad and carefully remove it from its protective packaging. Hold it with the writing side facing towards the adhesive sheet. Please note that on the TRMX-2 pad this will be the gold side. 4. Carefully place the Kenrico detox pad at the center of the adhesive sheet.   5. Remove the remaining portion of backing paper and press the pad firmly to attach. 6. Apply the Kenrico detox pad to the sole of the foot according to the reflexology points and press gently to ensure the pad is secure. 7. Now repeat the process for the other foot. Once application is complete on both feet, go to bed as normal. 8. After 6 - 8 hours sleep you will notice that you slept better and awoke feeling cleansed and refreshed. 9. Gently remove the used pad. Avoid touching the dark part as this now contains toxins that have been drawn from the body during sleep. 10. Thoroughly cleanse the feet, then discard the used pad. Please note that they may not be reused.
