BF & C handmade soap is a Dr. Christopher natural product consisting of the following herbs: Coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, palm oil, Complete Tissue Formula extraction containing Comfrey Root*, Oak Bark, Marshmallow Root, Mullein Herb, Walnut Bark (or leaves), Gravel Root, Wormwood, Lobelia and Skullcap, honey, castor oil, orange essential oil and cedarwood essential oil.  3.5 oz. bath bar.

Who Is Dr. John Christopher, MH, ND
